I joined the First-year Interest Group Seminars (FIGS) team in 2019 as a Peer Instructor of Creative Writing, and I am currently a FIGS Program Coordinator. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Rutgers University, and I will hold a Master's degree in Communication and Media by May 2021. I truly value the interpersonal connections I've built with both students and staff through my experiences working with FIGS, and mentoring has become a profound passion of mine. A piece of advice I have for all students is to try, try, try. Try something new, even if it scares you. You may discover something that you never imagined you'd love.
