Will Durand
Graduate Coordinator, CES Intern Program and Front Office
Operations and Strategic Initiatives
As the Graduate Coordinator of the World of Work (W.O.W) CES Internship Program and Front Desk Operations, my role allows me to have a heavy hand in the professional development of our CES interns. Through the supervision of our Front Desk intern staff, this role also gives me the opportunity to shape the experiences of the wide array of clients that visit our office. Before CES, I worked in the Residential Learning and University Housing Office at Rowan University. In this office, I fulfilled a variety of positions that sharpened my leadership, communication, and customer service skills that are integral to my current position. My advice to students would be to continually advocate for your academic, professional, and personal needs. Do not be afraid to communicate to your professors, supervisors, and peers what you desire or need to feel adequately supported to be successful.
