Career Community Advisory Boards

The Office of Career Exploration and Success has developed a career exosystem at Rutgers-New Brunswick with community members working to ensure positive post-graduation outcomes for all students. Advisory boards comprised of faculty, staff, employers, and student leaders steer each career community's efforts. The groups oversee mentoring programs and plan career development programming, exploration events with alumni, and networking opportunities with employers.
