The Employer Connections & Engagement staff strengthens, expands, and diversifies recruiting relationships to maximize not only career opportunities for Rutgers University–New Brunswick students and graduates but to also generate support for the university’s academic mission from these important partners.

The Operations & Strategic Initiatives staff ensures all students have access to division resources, provide data-driven decision-making assistance to the division and campus career partners, and provide the administrative foundation for the office to meet a variety of critical goals based on defined core values, presented opportunities, strategic vision, and diverse needs of the populations served.
